We do not accept returns on items but we offer exchanges for items. See below our exchange policy.
Exchange Policy.Purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange or store credit within 30 days from the ship date. Your packing slip provides a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise via mail. We do not provide a return label for merchandise you wish to return. Customers are responsible for shipping cost with exchange items. Exchanges received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense. All exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Please consider using a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the item(s) you want to exchange are not in stock we will provide a store credit or you will be able to exchange for a different item. If the item you choose for exchange is more than the original item purchased you will be responsible for paying the difference for the new item.
- Sale Items. All sale item purchases are final. Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- All sale items received will not be honored.
- Discounted items (items purchased using a discount code) sales are final..

- Item(s) with scents, deodorant, and items with any signs of being worn, washed, or damaged.
Store Credit (if applicable)
An email will be sent to notify you that we have received the merchandise and if you will be provided with a store credit. All merchandise received will be inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Check email for store credit code.
